World Skin Health Day raises awareness about the wide-ranging impact of skin disease, as well as supporting people needing care in their local communities. Together, the International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS) and the International Society of Dermatology (ISD) are working to recognise and promote skin health around the world through World Skin Health Day.
Follow the four steps below to join us in raising awareness about skin disease around the world.
1. Select a date of your choice – or combine it with an event/activity you have already organised
2. Let us know – send us your activity proposal form (attached to this letter)
3. Shout about it – we will send you logos and materials to help promote your activity
4. Share it – let us know how it went. Tweet or Instagram it @WorldSkinDay, and share it on Facebook (WorldSkinDay)
So far in 2017 we have had CME events, awareness rallies, charity walks, livelihood training, outreach clinics, workshops, and so much more. Visit www.worldskinday.org for inspiration.
